Hiking

After an initial interview and either a meeting in your home, or you join us for a hike, we will begin a 2 week trial with our group hike service.  We will evaluate your dog's fitness level, social skills and balance into the pack. 

The hiking cost is $25/hike/dog + HST.

The hike covers pick up and drop off service and a minimum one hour hike.  You are always welcome to join us for a hike.  One client commented that she should be paying me extra as a personal trainer!

We ask that you contribute a small baggie of trail snack treats for your canine.  We do a lot of training and rewards for good behaviour.  We've had many happy clients that have commented on their canine's improved social manners and obedience after hiking.  These are some of the bonuses of group hiking.

Boarding

NOTE: Boarding services will not be offered for new clients, starting Jan 1, 2023. Existing clients will be able to board till Dec 31, 2023.

Your dog will stay in our home, with our family.  They become add on family dogs.  No kennels here.  If your dog is used to sleeping in a crate, you can bring yours along.  We prefer you bring their blanket.  We have enough toys.  Maybe their favourite treats would be appreciated.  We have a fenced in yard, 2 dogs and 4 cats.

The cost of boarding is $40/day/dog + HST. 

You will need to bring their own food, blanket (if they need it), and treats.  Also bring along your contact information, vet number, proof of up to date vaccines (bordetella vaccine is recommended) and preferably on some kind of flea and tick prevention.
