On May 18th, 2014, my first hiking client, Kayle, crossed over the rainbow bridge. Kayle taught me so many things, that I now use to teach new dogs that I hike. She was a gentle soul and loved a good romp in the woods. She never started any disputes, and would rather walk away from a disagreement. Her owner, Crystal, was the person that gave me the idea to start a dog hiking business, back in Oct, 2001. Kayle was 4.5months old. She and I have spent many days, miles and life experiences together. I will miss her. Keep my girls company, until I can see you all again.
